Once you place an order I will be in touch within 24 hours. I will then ask to organise a time for a call while also getting you to fill in a questionnaire which tells me a bit about your brand/business. From there we will either call or email back and forth until I feel like I am ready to begin designing.
How do revisions work?
Once a concept has been made you will have chance to give feedback and revise your concept so that's it's perfect for you and your business.
What kind of files will I receive?
You will receive an Illustrator and Figma file, as well as a folder with your logo images. All correctly exported and explained so that you can do what you need to straight away.
Can I recieve a refund?
Due to the type of service, unfortunately, as soon as the project has started no refund is possible. If you request a refund before we start the project, a refund will likely be possible.
